BC PU Top coat is a two component heavy duty polyurethane seal coat used as UV Stable finishing layer over pure and Hybrid polyuria water proofing systems.

Surface Preparation

All surfaces must be clean, dry, sound and free from contamination such as loose and peeling paints, dirt, dust, grease, oil, wax, rust and chalk. Repair any damage areas with appropriate patching material and allow to dry prior to application of BC PU Top coat.
